Can be used to update groups and user info (username & email) username by using CSV.

• On the side bar menu select menu Devices -> Bulk Update,

• Check if the csv file is correct then click upload button.

• If you don’t have the CSV format used, you can download it first. For the column format device imei, group_id, username, email .

  Device cannot switch management_mode for the example from Corporate Device (COBO) to BYOD. New device entry will added for different management mode.

• The list of devices can be downloaded in CSV format by clicking on the top right icon in the list of devices then selecting Export as CSV.

• Device has been updated
