Vanguard has a Remote View feature that can be used to perform a GUI-based remote view. Remote Display can view the device screen remotely.

Steps to Use Remote View

• Enter the Vanguard dashboard and open the user’s device details page and on the device details page press the button Remote View

• Then on the device a confirmation dialog will appear to select remote view Start Now.

• Then the screen on the device will be visible on the web vanguard and this feature supports audio
